Introduction
“While I relish a good legal fight and enjoy the testing of wits of trial and hearings in the courtroom, where I have spent most of my nearly twenty years of practice, it is more rewarding to see a client resolve their case in a way that allows them to get back to what they enjoy and what they do best, which is run their business.
My focus in any litigation or deal is to develop a strategy tailored to the client’s needs, aiming to achieve a resolution that puts the client in the best position to succeed moving forward.”
Gordon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Venn Law Group, Gordon served for the past 14 years as an assistant district attorney with the State of North Carolina. His favorite part of practicing law is analyzing problems and finding creative solutions. He believes that any successful endeavor requires 1) putting the best systems in place and 2) knowing that when working with people, it will always be more complicated than simply finding the right system. His experience in the courtroom, dealing with difficult situations and his ability to identify the root problem and find a solution, is an invaluable asset for his clients.
