Holst also brings to the table impressive and extensive experience in working with lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions. His track record features successful closures of transactions representing over $4 billion in total, with a diverse portfolio including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, and more.
